Unique Library is proud to announce the addition of MessageBee notifications for the Mid-Columbia Library System in Washington this week. The 13-branch system is adding SMS notifications for E-Receipts, Hold Notice, Overdue Notices, Card Expiration, Auto-Renewal, and Pre-Overdue alerts.

King County (WA) launches SMS and Email notifications for their patrons

The 50-branch library system is launching MessageBee courtesy notices via Email and SMS to their patrons to notify them of hold expirations. Unique Library is proud to announce the addition of MessageBee Email and SMS notifications for King County Library System in Seattle, Washington.

Ventura County Library (CA) launches Live Chat

The California library will be offering live, staffed chat to its patrons to interact with the library from any web-enabled device. Unique Library announced the launch of Live Chat for Ventura County Library this week.

SWAN Library Consortium Launches MessageBee Systemwide

Pueblo City-County Library District of Colorado (PCCLD) has restarted Gentle Nudge Material Recovery Service from Unique. Serving a base of 170,000 residents in south-central Colorado, the library district had been a Material Recovery client of Unique’s from 1998 up until 2018.

Westerville Public Library (OH) Launches Call Handling with Unique

Westerville Public Library has expanded its partnership with Unique Management by adding Call Handling Support as part of Unique’s Virtual Patron Support service. The library has over 113,000 card holders serving patrons in Westerville, parts of Columbus, northeast Franklin County and southern Delaware County in Ohio.
