The western US system adds MessageBee phone notifications, joins Unique family of client libraries.
Unique Library is proud to announce a new client to our growing list of libraries served. The Nevada Library Cooperative has added phone notifications for their patrons this month. The 12-branch system has locations across the Silver State, serving patrons in mostly rural communities.
MessageBee is a powerful and customizable messaging tool that offers numerous features, making it an essential asset for libraries looking to enhance their communication strategies. Easily understandable phone calls made MessageBee a great choice for the Cooperative. MessageBee also integrated well with KOHA, the library’s ILS.
Key features of MessageBee include:
- Access to the intuitive and easy-to-use online portal for MessageBee.
- Send phone calls as either a text-to-voice automated recording, or a saved voice recording.
- Multiple Language ability: Send phone calls in English or Spanish for multilingual patrons.
