Dearborn Public Library Chooses MessageBee

Dearborn Public Library Goes Live on Unique’s MessageBee Platform

Horizon Libraries now have Access to MessageBee’s Circulation Notices

Unique is proud to announce that Dearborn Public Library has implemented MessageBee to enhance its circulation communications. In the first major change since email notifications launched, patrons now receive branded notifications that support the library’s overall marketing efforts. Dedicated space in each notice provides the opportunity for patrons to learn more about relevant services. Staff now have detailed reporting expected with modern notification tools.

 From the library:

We’re already seeing an impressive number of click-throughs showing patrons are using the email notices to find their way back to our website and account login as well connecting on social media.  I’m happy to finally improve Horizon email notices, this has been high on my to-do list for a long time.

-Mark Hancock – Dearborn Public Library – Library Systems Manager

From Unique:

MessageBee provides substantial improvements to the plain text notifications sent by most libraries. The modern, responsively designed communications MessageBee provides allows Dearborn Public Library to better inform and connect with patrons with minimal upkeep. DPL will be able to show their communication efforts paying off through more active borrowers. We’re excited to see this implement completed.
