Calvert library has added Chat and Phone support by Unique, supplementing their existing Gentle Nudge and Print Notification subscriptions. The Washington D.C. area library has been a longtime Unique partner library, harnessing the power of Unique’s proven services for over 20 years.
The four-branch system in historic Calvert County will now be able to reduce wasted staff time by allowing patrons to contact any of the four branches however they find most convenient.
Calvert Library staff has also placed their gratitude and appreciation of the Phone support system on the record, Director Carrie Wilson said
“A vendor contacted us thinking she was talking about a member of our staff on the phone and it was one of your agents. They spent the first part of her conversation talking about how wonderful our staff person (your team) was. She couldn’t get over how kind and warm he was. We got the same warm fuzzies from talking with him during the call transfer process. Please pass along our gratitude and appreciation!”
