Self Service – We setup your UniqueChat software and your library staff monitors and responds to chats. No long-term commitments.

Hybrid Service – We setup your UniqueChat software and you define when library staff monitors and responds to chats. When your team is unavailable, Unique becomes an extension of your library and will monitor and respond to chats.
