Teri Lynn’s role is crucial; she oversees the relationships of over 320 library clients across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring they receive the highest level of service Unique Management prides itself on. Along with the rest of our Customer Service team, her efforts have been instrumental in upholding our stellar reputation for exceptional customer service. But Teri Lynn’s contribution doesn’t stop there; she also brings great new ideas to the table, having introduced the idea for our New Mover service to our management team helping libraries connect with new patrons moving into their service areas.
Her job entails being readily available to address any queries our clients may have, a responsibility she manages with the help of our fantastic technical and production teams. Teri Lynn’s approach to customer service is not just about solving problems; it’s about building lasting relationships.

Teri Lynn finds the most joy in personally meeting clients and introducing them to Unique Management’s diverse array of services. From National Change of Address and TechProtect to MessageBee, Unique Patron Services, and more, her passion for what we offer makes her a natural at building connections. These relationships have endured, spanning years and even extending to those who have since retired from the industry.
A Life of Melody and Service
Beyond her professional life, Teri Lynn’s story is one of music, service, and family. Her college years were marked by solo performances with the Purdue University Chorus and involvement in theatre and music at Indiana University Southeast. Her journey took her from co-owning a cafe, to significant roles in social services and admissions in healthcare, before she found her spot at Unique Management.
Music continues to be a vital part of her life, having been part of the Southeast Christian praise team and performing alongside her son, Blaise. Her dedication extends to over four decades of teaching the Gospel to children, showcasing her commitment to giving back.
Family, Travel, and the Joy of Life
Away from work, Teri Lynn cherishes the time spent with her husband, Glen, their four sons, twelve grandchildren, and Garland, their beloved 126-pound Bloodhound. Whether it’s cruising to new destinations or simply enjoying the company of family, Teri Lynn’s life is full of love and adventure.
