That is why we are introducing optional Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for registered users, a powerful new layer of protection designed to keep accounts safe without slowing anything down.
How It Works
When Two-Factor Authentication is enabled, users verify their identity using a second method after entering a password. Admin users can enable Two-Factor Authentication directly within Security settings in just a few clicks.
- From the MessageBee dashboard, click on your profile icon, and then ‘manage account’
- From the account menu, navigate to the security tab and choose which method you wish to add two-factor authentication.
- You can either add a phone number for SMS authentication, or pair your preferred authenticator app via QR code.
