We have added a great new feature that will make engaging the library even easier for patrons: 2 way SMS!
For MessageBee SMS customers, patrons can now directly reply to their library’s messages from their phone. Replies from patrons will appear on your MessageBee dashboard and can be easily accessed and responded to. Things like questions about transactional notifications or announcements can prompt questions from patrons. They can now directly ask the library without having to involve another channel or come into the branch themselves.
