Lake County Library in Lakeport, California launched Verified Borrower Registration (uRegister). The service enables prospective patrons to register for a library card online and have their information verified instantly, eliminating delays and manual review processes often associated with traditional online registration. By automatically validating borrower information in real time, uRegister provides immediate access to library resources and digital services while reducing staff workload, improving data accuracy, and creating a faster, more convenient experience for patrons and library staff.

Montgomery County Public Libraries in Rockville, Maryland launched Automated Borrower Renewal (uRenew), further expanding its use of the Unique platform. uRenew automatically renews eligible library cards for current patrons, reducing manual work for staff, and help patrons maintain uninterrupted access to library resources.
MessageBee
Bettendorf Public Library in Bettendorf, Iowa launched MessageBee SMS. The service provides patrons with timely and reliable text notifications for library transactions, helping ensure that important account information is delivered through a convenient and widely used communication channel. The addition of SMS notifications can improve message visibility, enhance the patron experience, and strengthen engagement through fast, direct communication.
Tacoma Public Library in Tacoma, Washington launched MessageBee Email and Voice. The implementation expands the library’s patron communication capabilities through automated voice notifications and branded email messaging, helping patrons stay up to date on their library transactions through the channel of their choice.
