Yavapai County has expanded their partnership with Unique Management to include Material Recovery
Unique Library is proud to announce that Yavapai County Free Library District has expanded their relationship to include material recovery. The service will work to reduce the amount of outstanding overdue materials, while courteously reminding patrons of their commitment to their library.
Historically operating with an internal process, YCFLD determined that partnering with Unique Management and their Material Recovery service would enable them to safeguard their valuable assets. The fine free policy of YCFLD works well with the material recovery process to keep materials available to patrons.
Unique’s Gentle Nudge™ Material Recovery process works by reminding patrons of their commitment to the library and is proven to keep more materials in circulation. It represents an investment by the library in their materials, and commitment to their patrons to keeping materials available to the entire patron base.
