The 5-location system serving the Cincinnati metro area will begin sending email and 10-DLC compliant SMS notifications system-wide to keep their patrons up to date on their transactions.

Unique Library is proud to announce the addition of MessageBee email and SMS notifications for The Lane Libraries this week. In addition to eye-catching email notices, patrons will receive notifications from the library via SMS notifications, creating a new channel for their patrons.

TLL in southern Ohio is the latest system to join Unique, serving over 120,000 members in the Cincinnati area across three communities. The system joins Cincinnati and Hamilton County Public library, Kenton County, Clermont County Public Library, and Campbell County Public Library as Unique clients in the Cincinnati metro area.
