Ten Libraries Expand Patron Communications With MessageBee From Unique

Libraries across ten states have launched new MessageBee services, enhancing patron communication through SMS and email channels.

Allen Public Library in Allen, Texas launched MessageBee SMS. This new service provides staff with an automated and reliable way to deliver timely text notifications that keep patrons informed and engaged.

Cooperative Computer Services, a consortium in the Chicago, Illinois area launched MessageBee Voice notifications. Automated voice messaging expands outreach to patrons who prefer phone-based communication while helping staff streamline notification workflows.

East Central Regional Library in Cambridge, Minnesota has launched MessageBee SMS. This new service will increase message deliverability and keep patrons engaged with their borrowing transactions at the library.

Hamilton Township Public Library in Hamilton, New Jersey launched MessageBee Email, SMS, and Marketing. These expanded communication channels support branded, multi-channel outreach while improving the consistency and reach of patron messaging.

Jackson-George Regional Library System in Pascagoula, Mississippi has launched MessageBee SMS, Email and Marketing modules. The broad implementation will raise the standard of messaging across multiple channels for the library’s patrons.

Laurel County Public Library in London, Kentucky launched MessageBee SMS and Email. Laurel County is a current Unique client through the Material Recovery Service, and these additional tools strengthen patron communication with timely text and email notifications.

Marion County Public Library System in Fairmont, West Virginia launched MessageBee SMS. Marion County has been a valued client of Unique since 2009 through the Material Recovery Service, and this launch expands the partnership by supporting patron communications with SMS.

Pasco County Library System in New Port Richey, Florida launched MessageBee SMS. The service enables staff to deliver clear, automated text notifications that reach patrons quickly and reliably.

Prince George’s County Memorial Library System in Largo, Maryland launched MessageBee SMS. Prince George’s County has used a variety of Unique services, and this implementation provides staff and patrons with a seamless and effective SMS experience.

Sage Library System in Baker City, Oregon has launched MessageBee SMS.  The library system provides service to over 70 locations in 15 counties of Eastern and Central Oregon. This implementation will help connect libraries with patrons for their borrowing updates.
