Six Libraries Launch MessageBee From Unique in September

Arapahoe Library District (CO), Augusta County Library (VA), Bedford Public Library System (VA), Blackwater Regional Library (VA), Richland Library (SC), and Waynesboro Public Library (VA) have all implemented new MessageBee services this month, expanding their communication channels and enhancing patron engagement.

MessageBee New Start

Arapahoe Library District in Colorado has launched MessageBee across all three communication channels—voice, email, and SMS. This integration provides the library with a unified portal for managing templates and reporting across every channel. Arapahoe has partnered with Unique since 2000 through our Material Recovery service, and we’re thrilled to add even more engaging and effective communication with their patrons.

Augusta County Library in Fishersville, Virginia has launched MessageBee Voice. The library had previously been placing calls to patrons manually, now MessageBee has relieved this time-consuming task for staff.

Bedford Public Library System in Bedford, Virginia has launched MessageBee SMS and Email. This commitment to high-quality patron notifications strengthens communication and enhances the overall patron experience.

Blackwater Regional Library in Courtland, Virginia has launched MessageBee SMS. A valued Unique client since 2009 through our Material Recovery service, Blackwater now expands its partnership to include SMS notifications—enhancing real-time communication with patrons.

Richland Library in Columbia, South Carolina has launched MessageBee SMS to keep patrons informed on their library transactions. This represents a new channel for patron communication for the library.

Waynesboro Public Library in Waynesboro, Virginia has launched MessageBee Voice. The automated voice solution from Unique brought added reliability and speed to the existing solution the library was using.
