The southwest Oregon library system adds all three MessageBee channels to their existing Unique services
Unique Management Services is proud to announce the launch of MessageBee for Jackson County Library Services this week. Patrons will now begin receiving SMS, phone, and email notifications for their library transactions.
The Oregon system is a longtime client of Unique, with over 20 years of experience working together. The library system has 15 locations serving the southwest Oregon county.
MessageBee is a powerful and customizable messaging tool that offers numerous features, making it an essential asset for libraries looking to enhance their communication strategies across multiple channels. Easily understandable clear voicemails made MessageBee a great choice for Jackson County Library Services. MessageBee also integrated well with KOHA, the library’s ILS.
Key features of MessageBee include:
- Simple set-and-forget: Once integrated, MessageBee automatically sends patrons updates on their library transactions, like holds, pre-due, and overdue notices.
- Multiple language support: Send any notifications in either Spanish or English, whatever the patron indicates on their ILS profile.
- Superior Deliverability: Unique is on the cutting edge of patron notifications, and our notifications offer an upgrade on deliverability vs ILS-generated notifications.
